 Processing/Shipping/Returns

Order Processing

Our normal processing time is 3 to 5 business days. During the HOLIDAY SEASON and SALES, please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing. We will update the time frame, if there are any changes.

 

Our days and hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 10am to 6pm. We are closed Saturdays & Sundays, as well as Federal Holidays.  

Shipping & Return Policy

U.S. Domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

Once orders are ready for shipping an email will be sent with tracking information.

We are committed to our customers' satisfaction, however due to the nature in the creation of the products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on OPEN/USED products.

​

We will accept returns on UNOPENED/UNUSED products up to 7 days after it has been received. A refund will only be given on the cost paid for the products, shipping charges cannot be refunded once items leave our facility. Products ordered cannot be exchanged once they have been shipped, a refund will be issued for UNOPENED/UNUSED after it has been returned. We are not responsible for shipping fees on returned products.

Lost/Damaged Products

Please ensure that the correct address is given at the time the order is placed. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows that the package was delivered and no package has been received, please contact USPS to file a claim, we will be happy to assist you with this.
